 Welcome back 4th grade families! We truly hope you all had a wonderful winter break and enjoyed the holidays with family and friends. Quarter 1, Week 3

Hello 4th grade families, and welcome to week 3.  We hope you had a wonderful weekend and are ready for a great week ahead.     Announcements Curriculum Night for grades 3-6 is this Wednesday, August 30th. An email was sent by the school with all the details.  No School on Monday, September 4th for Labor Day This Week in 4th Grade History : Constitution Literature : The Wonderful Wizard of Oz; Setting, Predictions, Plot Elements, Textual Evidence    Writing : Summaries  Grammar : Classifying subject, noun and verb within a sentence Math : Place value in multi-digit numbers Spalding : Review of phonograms and Spalding rules.   Assessments   Grammar:   Noun quiz on Tuesday, August 29th Literature:  Wonderful Wizard of Oz  Ch 1-6 quiz on Wednesday, August 30th   Spalding:  Phonograms 41-70 quiz on Friday, September 1st

Quarter 4, Week 5

  Hello 4th Grade families and welcome to the 5th week of the 2nd quarter! Can you believe we're halfway through the second quarter?  Announcements Thanksgiving break is Monday the 20th to Friday the 24th. We'll see you back at school on the 27th.  Our Winter Concert is coming up on Friday, December 1st. Please refer to the Family Handbook for the correct concert attire. Here is a link to the songs our amazing scholars are going to sing at the concert.
